We provide a variety of workshops that engage the participants in an adventure of self-exploration and Biblical truths.  Presentations are dynamic, colorful, and responsive to the participants' true needs.

LEADERSHIP

• Leading Turnaround Churches and Teams - Pastors and church leaders will discover ways for turning plateaued or declining churches into effective, vitalized congregations that delight God.  Principles and insights are masterfully combined into a cohesive model for building strong teams and vibrant ministries within the church.  [Best suited for a two-day conference or a total of 14-hours]

CHRISTIAN LIVING

• Beyond Juggling - Participants will learn to apply five powerful alternatives for regaining a balanced life.  The learnings will be applied in developing an accountability strategy to lead to real change.  [2-1/2 hour session] 
• Christians at Work - Participants will affirm the power of letting their light shine at all times, while discovering the personal and workplace benefits of living their Christian beliefs on-the-job. [2-1/2 hour session]
• Discovering Your Spiritual Gifts - Participants will complete the Wagner - Modified Houts 25-gift assessment process and understand their potential gifts [2-1/2 hour session]
• Managing Conflict From a Christian Perspective - Participants will utilize Scripture, tools and techniques to discover common ground, seek win-win solutions and build unity [8-hour format]
