FOUNDER - Rev. Dennis L. Marshall is:

  • The senior pastor of Chippey African Union Methodist Church in Hockessin, Delaware

  • Experienced with church consultation having served since 1990 in various capacities such as Consultant, Assistant Pastor, Advisor for Christian Education Ministry, and more.

  • A former Engineering Executive certified as a Six Sigma Champion, trained in applying quality tools suitable for improving church stewardship, growth, and administrative processes/costs.

  • Approximately 30 years of experience in helping Christian and secular organizations excel by training leaders, developing teams, implementing change management, and teaching conflict resolution strategies.
